Clay Crim has been in the real estate industry for 23 years. Clay is currently President and qualifying broker of Crim and Associates, Inc. and oversees leasing, property management, development, acquisitions and financing of retail centers.

Steven St. Paul has worked in the real estate industry for over 30 years. He joined Crim as a development partner in 2012. His primary role with Crim is retail leasing, site development planning and financial modeling for new development projects.
Archie C. Wanamaker

Specializing in the retail sector of the commercial real estate industry, Archie has worked with both national and local clients in all phases of their site development work to ensure the process is seamless. Services include: site selection, rezoning, permitting, entitlement and development along with providing build to suits as a preferred developer.
